Attorney Daniel A. Gillespie currently maintains a legal practice in Knoxville, TN.  After spending 9 years in the military and being deployed several times, he went to law school at Regent University School of Law.  While there, he enjoyed trial advocacy and, after winning the intramural trial competition in his second year decided to focus more on trial work.  After graduation he spent another year in law school Temple University Beasely School of Law.   After receiving his LLM in Trial Advocacy, he started The Gillespie Law Firm in Knoxville, TN.  
He is and his beautiful wife have one daughter and live in Knoxville, TN.
